Since its inception, one of the driving factors for Jaina has been to cater to communication needs of individuals, particularly from the Indian sub-continent.

Today, we are connected to all major carriers in the Indian subcontinent and have deployed TDM capacities with most carriers in India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal and Sri Lanka. Particularly with the Indian ILDOs, we have deployed capacities at multiple STM level and have connected the incumbents at local POI level. Today, in addition to Chennai, Mumbai and Delhi, Jaina is also connected to Ernakulum, Kolkata and Jalandhar POI level to cater to the Rest of India Connectivity.

To provide uninterrupted service to our customers, we have ensured diversification on the capacities. To ensure redundancy, these capacities have been taken on different cable networks. We have provisioned capacities both on Atlantic via France and Pacific via Singapore route connecting India.

With our state-of-art data center backing this endeavor, we have always delivered best quality standards (Call completion, Call Duration, Low PDD) and high level of service standards (CLI Assurance, DTMF support, with National and International Roaming). All this resulted in our being able to constantly be at the top of client list of most of the carriers in the Indian subcontinent.
